Understanding, managing and caring for your mind is a skill.
A skill that I will very quickly help you become more aware of and strengthen.
Think of my coaching as a gym to develop and strengthen your mind, with me a bit like a personal trainer – minus the lycra and drill sergeant commands!
I work with clients from all walks of life, to teach invaluable mental fitness skills that can be used daily to better cope with negative or stressful situations, while helping you develop processes for focussing on what matters to you most.

As a first step we will have an introduction call (at no cost) for me to explain the process in more depth and for you to decide whether there is a fit between us and if the mental fitness approach is right for you.
The starter session block is 3 x 1 hour sessions across a 6 week timeframe.
This gives you enough time to experience the benefits so you can evaluate the value the coaching brings to your life.
Each session is made up of 2 key components:
Developing an understanding of how your mind works & overcoming blockers to reach goals.
Being equipped with the tools and skills to keep you mentally fit & resilient after the coaching sessions have finished - a toolkit you take away with you.
My journey to becoming The Mental Fitness Coach and founder of Moment Company started 9 years ago when I worked myself into a severe burnout. It resulted in short-term memory loss and a number of other really unpleasant symptoms. Not a nice place to be!
But from this pretty brutal personal experience, came a real positive – and preventative mental healthcare became my life’s mission. The two questions I was looking to answer were – how can I develop the tools to ensure this doesn't happen again? And can I equip the people around me with them?
After an incredible recovery journey, I now share these learnings and skills with as many people as I can – through 1-2-1 coaching and through Moment Company, a preventative mental healthcare business I co-founded to help people take short, mindful moments during their busy day to reduce stress and keep the mind healthy.
I live in East London with Roz our daughter Izzy and son Arlo.
In addition to coaching clients for the past seven years, I also have over 14 years experience across the digital, advertising, tech startup and wellbeing industries and I bring this diverse experience to support the development of Mental Fitness in my clients.
I am a qualified NLP Practitioner and Generative Change coach, having been fortunate enough to study under Robert Dilts and Steven Gilligan, two of the leading thinkers in the NLP and Generative Change world.
